The warranty is intended to cover manufacturing faults arising during normal domestic use, subject to the product being correctly assembled, supported and cared for.
Making a claim
Contact the team with your order details, a clear description of the issue and photographs showing the product and affected area.
Mattress settlement
Natural settlement of fillings and a gradual change in comfort are not normally manufacturing faults. Rotate the mattress in line with its care guidance and use a suitable supportive base.
Exclusions
Accidental damage, misuse, incorrect assembly, unsuitable support, commercial use and normal wear are not covered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
