Orders
An order is accepted when payment has been authorised and the business confirms acceptance. Made-to-order specifications should be checked carefully before checkout.
Product appearance
Screen settings, lighting and fabric batches can affect the appearance of colour. Swatches are a useful guide but may not be an exact representation.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Availability, lead times and product specifications may change. Any significant change affecting an accepted order will be discussed with the customer.
Delivery, returns and warranty
The separate Delivery, Returns and Warranty pages form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
